Privacy Policy & Data Security Manifest

Effective Date: April 25, 2026

ClaimSafe LLC applies role-based data isolation and claim-level access controls. This policy identifies what data is collected, why it is processed, and which statutory standards govern storage, security, and notice requirements.

1. Information We Collect

To execute the 15/45/40 Escrow Matrix and enforce the Claim Compliance Firewall, we collect specific data points:

  • Identity & Verification Data: Employer Identification Numbers (EIN), State Contractor Licenses, and business contact information.
  • Financial Data: Bank routing and payment details, processed securely via third-party financial infrastructure (Stripe Connect). ClaimSafe does not directly host or store your raw banking credentials.
  • Forensic Metadata: Geolocation (GPS coordinates), timestamp data, and visual media (photos) uploaded for milestone verification.
  • Project Data: Homeowner addresses, contract values, and specific insurance claim parameters.

2. Strict Data Siloing (The Steel Wall)

ClaimSafe operates on a strictly partitioned database structure to ensure zero cross-contamination of user data:

  • Contractor Isolation: Contractors can only view data, metadata, and financial milestones related to their explicitly assigned projects.
  • Homeowner Isolation: Homeowners are granted read-only access strictly confined to their own property's escrow timeline.
  • Adjuster Transparency: Insurance adjusters receive temporary, read-only access to specific claim metadata for auditing purposes, which expires upon claim resolution.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for platform operations. We do not sell, rent, or broker your PII to third-party marketers. Data is utilized strictly to:

  • Verify legal operating status and mitigate insurance fraud.
  • Trigger automated smart-contract payouts based on geographic and visual proof.
  • Maintain a permanent, tamper-proof audit trail for dispute resolution.

4. Data Retention and Security

ClaimSafe uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Forensic photos and metadata are stored in secure cloud storage with claim-linked retention rules. Retention windows are aligned to claim, payment, and dispute obligations under applicable state law.

5. Governing Privacy & Security Codes

  • Federal Financial Privacy Baseline: Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (15 U.S.C. §6801 et seq.) and FTC Safeguards Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 314) for safeguarding covered financial information where applicable.
  • Texas Data Breach Notice: Texas Business & Commerce Code §521.053 (breach notification obligations for Texas residents).
  • Florida Data Breach Notice: Florida Information Protection Act, Florida Statute §501.171.
  • Electronic Records: E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq.) and UETA implementations including Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 322 and Florida Statute §668.50.
