- Open the Homeowner Vault Interior.
- Use the materials portal to choose preferred material category/type.
- Select supply-chain partner options to apply negotiated discounts.
- Review projected homeowner savings and insurer cost reduction.
Step 3
Contractor + Forensic Milestones
- Contractor submits project milestones and forensic photo evidence.
- ClaimSafe verifies GPS/time metadata before draw release.
- The 15/45/40 matrix remains locked to verification status.
Step 4
Adjuster and Carrier Oversight
- Adjusters use read-only dashboards for project auditing and claim tracking.
- Carrier visibility improves while fraud risk and payout uncertainty decrease.
Step 5
Final Approval and Closeout
- Homeowner approves final completion.
- Final payout unlocks only after compliance requirements are met.
- Audit logs and evidence remain available for claim records.
